72 years old male suffered an RTA. He had fracture dislocation of right shoulder joint (fracture of greater tubercle of humerus), right clavicle fracture, right sided shaft of radius fracture, fracture of base of proximal phalanx of 2nd toe of left side, degloving injury over left dorsum of foot. He had signs of head injury.
Diagnosis: Polytrauma
Name of Operation: Closed reduction of right shoulder; Surgical toileting of degloving wound of left foot.

38 years old male fall on outstretched hand. Following that trauma he developed severe pain & swelling of his left elbow. On plain radiograph radial head fracture was diagnosed. He was done a CT scan of left elbow with 3D reconstruction for better visualisation of trauma and planning further treatment. 3D CT revealed coronoid process of Ulna was fractured too. There was elbow dislocation when the back slab was removed.
Diagnosis: Terrible triad (Radial head fracture, Coronoid process of Ulna Fracture and elbow dislocation)
Operation: Radial head excision, Coronoid process fixation with K-wire.
Anaesthesia: GA
