A 17 years old male suffered RTA on motorcycle. He had open Fracture of right Tibia-Fibula. Patient presented to us 5 days after truama with long leg back slab in situ.  At first setup, surgical toileting, wound debridement was done. After 3 weeks with antibiotics & immobilisation, Open Reduction & Internal Fixation (ORIF) was done.

Diagnosis: Open fracture of Tibia & Fibula (G-2)

Treatment: ORIC c ILIM nail

Anaesthesia: SAB
