46 years old female residing in Dhaka, Bangladesh was suffering from Carpal Tunnel Syndrome for 3 years. She is a garments worker and having difficulty doing her job and her daily chores. She had tingling, numbness on her right hand. On Nerve Conduction Study (NCS) she had severe entrapment of Median Nerve at the level of Carpal Tunnel. She took steroid injection for this complaints from another facility.
