A 26 years old male fell from a tree. He developed severe pain in right ankle and was unable to stand or walk. He had Bimalleolar fracture of his right ankle. He was normotensive, non-diabetic. After proper evaluation he was scheduled for surgery.

Open Reduction & Internal Fixation (ORIF) with Distal Metaphyseal Plate.
