A 20 years old female suffered an RTA and had Fractured her both Leg bones (Tibia & Fibula). This was an open fracture (Gustily type 1) and initially she was treated elsewhere with plaster. Wound healed around a week. Fracture union was not satisfactory after 1 month of conservative treatment.
