A 95 years old female fall on slippery ground and developed severe pain and knee swelling. She was on her feet just before the incident. She as non-diabetic, normotensive and otherwise well. After proper evaluation she was scheduled for surgery. Complete procedure was recorded with written consent from patient. Viewer’s Discretion is Advised.

Diagnosis: Fractured patella

Name of Operation: ORIF with Modified Tension Band Wiring & Circlage wiring

Anaesthesia: SAB
